After being 8 Comments for being critical of President Donald Trump during the presidential campaign, Shermichael Singleton, who was one of Ben Carson’s top aides, went on CNN for an interview as a follow-up to his controversial op-ed.

NEW YORK (AP) — Fox Business Network topped CNBC in viewership during the business day for the fifth consecutive month, an illustration of dramatic growth at an upstart network that began operation a decade ago.

Trump: ‘Time is right for immigration bill,’ open to giving some legal status

President Donald Trump, who staked his campaign on a hard-line approach to illegal immigration, now says he is open to considering possible legal status for some undocumented immigrants as part of a compromise to overhaul the nation’s immigration system.

“The time is right for an immigration bill, as long as there is compromise on both sides,” Trump told news anchors and correspondents attending a White House luncheon today.

The president is floating the idea ahead of his first address to a joint session of Congress tonight, signaling a willingness to negotiate on an issue that has pitted Democrats against some Republicans for years.
